Question 1:

Describe your approach to conducting an economic and financial appraisal of a private sector investment proposal. Question 2:

This role requires coordinating the review and processing of investment applications across multiple Government Departments and Agencies. How would you ensure that applications are processed in a timely, efficient, transparent, and compliant manner while balancing regulatory requirements (planning, environmental, labour, infrastructure, etc.) and investor expectations?

Question 3:

What are your views on the use of Investment Migration or Residency by Investment programmes as instruments of economic development? In your response, address: Potential economic benefits and associated fiscal impacts; Governance, due diligence, and reputational risks; National security and international compliance considerations; How such programmes should be structured to align with Anguilla’s long-term development strategy.
